What do you do when you are faced with impossible circumstances and an uncertain future? In this Mother’s Day message, we look at the life of Jochebed, the mother of Moses. Though she lived in a time of great darkness and oppression, her remarkable faith in an unshakable God created a legacy that changed history.

While Paul’s dream was to use Rome as a base to reach Spain, that plan never came to fruition the way he intended. Instead, he ended up in chains—but not before writing a letter that would transform the course of Western history.

This powerful message dives into the often-overlooked virtue of hope, exploring its vital role alongside faith and love (1 Corinthians 13:13), and correcting the common misconception that biblical hope is just wishful thinking. Biblical hope is defined as a steadfast trust in God's faithfulness and future plans, providing the anchor that drives our faith and governs our actions.

Many of us live our lives unaware of a spiritual debt we carry—a debt that separates us from God. But the good news of the gospel is that Jesus has already paid that price. Through faith in Him, we are "justified," which means our account is cleared, and we can experience true peace with God.
